We'll use these 4 private lessons to discuss your specific goals and create a personalized Pilates workout unique to you and get you ready for Open Studio. Remember these 4 lessons need to be used within 2 weeks so make sure you have time carved out on your calendar. I want you to remember what you've learned--get as much as possible out of your initial lessons. Book your first appointment then look for an email from me with 3 booking codes so you can schedule.
